Science Buddies: "Ask an Expert"

My daughter's research questions was - Does the amount of protein in gelatin affect how fast it's digested? She added whey protein to jello and placed it in pineapple juice to see if the gelatin with the most protein was dissolved (or digested) the fastest. We finished the experiment this weekend. We found that the more protien contained in the gelatin did help speed up the digestion process. Now she needs a catchy title. Any suggestions?

One title could be "Protein Effects the Digestion of Jell-O"

Perhaps "Influence of Protein on Jell-O Digestion"

You could try, "A Whey to Speed Up Digestion of Jello."
