I know that electricity can be produced by fermenting banana peels for a long time but what is the exact procedure to do this n what is the chemical reaction behind the generation of electricity? How are electrons dissociated because of which electricity is produced?

Hey!

In addition to the resources given by the above expert, try looking at this website on information about the chemical process behind the generation of electricity: http://greenliving.lovetoknow.com/Bioma ... _Processes
Also you can look at these two links as well about projects related to the one you are working on...it might contain information that will be helpful to you...Here thy are: https://www.sciencebuddies.org/science- ... p002.shtml and https://www.sciencebuddies.org/science- ... p010.shtml
