Science Buddies: "Ask an Expert"

I know I am way behind, but I need help. I want to do a science fair project on what types of paper keeps an apples more fresh: foil, wax paper, plastic wrap or bags. I don't know where to start and don't have anything down. I need help and my project is due Monday.
