I am trying to fill out my ISEF forms and I have to attach some things like my questionaire and instructions to my forms. I am trying to fill out the questionaire to give my test subjects and I'm running out of things to put down do have ant sugestions. So far I have down, how old are you?, how much do you weigh?, how tall are you? ( these last two questions are tohelp calculate their center of gravity), and How well do you think you balance? Please help I need some more questions to ask.

You may want to ask your subjects their gender (male or female), and whether they do activities that involve balance (yoga, sports, etc.). If they say they do activities that involve balance, ask them to list those activities.

Hope that helps!

Hi,

I don't know if you've already excluded these people from your subject pool, but you may ask them if they've had any major or minor neurological disturbances in the past, even including dizziness or frequent migraines. I'm thinking that these people might have a harder time balancing... or I could be wrong!

Hope this helps.
