My project is on texting while driving and to test this i am planning on using a computer program to test reaction times. For our Experimental Research Plan we need to list possible risks. I have come up with eye strain from looking at computer and muscle strain from texting. Are there any other risks that I should list? Thanks!

Hi,
That sounds like an interesting project. Besides the risk you said already, I would list the risk that the participant may feel uncomfortable filling out forms and conducting the computer software task. Also, I would list the risk that comes from the participant becoming anxious about driving with the knowledge of the dangers of other drivers texting and driving. I hope this helps! Good luck!
Cheers,
Jon

Hi
I also wanted to say that you could also add back and shoulder strain from sitting on the computer.
