Im doing my science fair project on which sports drinks have the most electrolytes.
I started the testing yesterday, and for some reason, Vitamin Water has more electrolytes than Powerade and Propel. Is this correct?? For some reason, I thought Vitamin Water would have the least
It would help if I get answers from people who have already tested this :)

I have no experience testing for electrolytes, but can give you some general scientific guidance.

What I can tell you is to trust your experiment. If you are following the procedure correctly, and can reproduce the test results multiple times, then you should trust your results.

Just because something is called "Vitamin Water" doesn't mean it's mostly vitamins. Read the ingredients label on the container. The US Department of Agriculture requires the manufacturer to put that on there for all food products. The regulations say the ingredient used the most must be listed first, and that used the least is at the end. All other ingredients are listed in the order of decreasing quantities in the product.

I have done similar projects and that does sound correct to my knowledge.
