None of these projects are directly dance related, but with a little creative thought I bet you could adapt a number of them to dance. At a minimum the heart health related to fitness experiment is an obvious connection, and the one on conservation of rotational momentum has obvious dance ties, as does the importance of managing your body center of gravity during dance choreography.

The above three links clearly illustrate how science is being applied to the analysis of dancing. Although they may be difficult to read at your level they clearly illustrate the connection between science and dance.
