Hi,

Here is a Science Buddies Project Writeup on your topic:

https://www.sciencebuddies.org/science- ... p006.shtml

Check the bibliography section for other websites with this data.

Here are otherScience Buddies Projects on hurricanes - again, look at the bibliography section for more relevant sources:

https://www.sciencebuddies.org/science- ... p005.shtml

https://www.sciencebuddies.org/science- ... p007.shtml

You can easily do your own research(and SHOULD!!!) by typing your question into a search engine like www.google.com - you will find lots of sites easily on your own. This is not an appropriate question for the experts on this forum unless you can’t find the answer on your own.

Best regards,

Barrett L Tomlinson

Hello there,

I completely agree with the other expert... it is quite simple to find these websites on your own by just searching it for yourself on the internet... But just to get you started, here is a website I found that clearly answers your question in a very straightforward and easy to understand manner... However, it is a wiki answers website so I don't think it is a source that you can use but its a good place to start. Here it is: http://wiki.answers.com/Q/Do_hurricanes_cool_the_ocean

I think this is a great topic and I hope you have fun doing your project as well as finding your own research/facts about your topic! :)

All the best and post if you have any more questions/concerns,
Prasad
