how much it would cost to establish a photo bio reactor over 5-6 acre? how much would be the production cost and its yield?

One idea to consider is establishing a photo-bio reactor on a few square meters, and extrapolating the data to predict for several acres. I'm not sure what sort of photosynthetic organism you will be monitoring, but Algae is a great starting point. I suggest you check out this website http://www.growing-algae.com/algae-photobioreactor.html for some details, as well as http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Planktonic_algae to learn about the kinds of phytoplankton and comparing them with algae. If you live close to a large body of fresh water, you can do a wet lab experiment!
