Hi,
Welcome to Science Buddies. Here is a project from the Science Buddies website that describes how to measure antimicrobial effectiveness of test substances. Be sure to check out the related links on the right for additional background information.

Do you have access to a microbiology lab?

Hey,
You can use any amount you want. Make sure it is the same amount for each cleaner so you can have accurate results!
Make sure you are in a sterile environment like a microbiology lab, so the results stay they same.
You can use lactobacillus petri dishes, which already contain the bacteria on them, and then you can use sterile disks dipped in the cleaning solution on the bacteria.
Check this out its very helpful
