Neha, you must have some idea of a procedure in your mind because there's a reason you picked each of those materials! Think carefully about your question: does the pH in an orange change over time? You have pH paper for the pH, a clock for the time, a computer to record data, a camera to take pictures for evidence of your work, etc. How are you going to piece all those materials together so that you get a working procedure that can be repeated by anyone in the entire world? Try to come up with something and we'll take it from there!

I concur with the post above. One suggestion:
figure out what you mean by time (minutes, hours, days..etc.) and perhaps
figure out which types of oranges in particular. That way, figuring out the
ph of each type simultaneously will make your data more accurate.
