How can I setup a procedure for this project if i'm trying to test the rate of reaction with different amounts of enzymes and without enzymes and what temperature is best to maximize the cellulobiase efficiency ?

Hi,
This is a great project and it suggests using the Bio-Rad biofuel enzyme kit to design your experiment. The kit includes instructions, the enzyme and information that you will need to set up the experiment, so I would recommend starting with the kit instruction manual first. You should be able to access the instruction manual on the Bio-Rad website to read before you get started. There is a bibliography at the end of the manual that includes other articles that you could read for additional background information.

This is a flexible experiment and there are lots of possible variations, so you can be as creative as you would like. Be sure to do the basics and state your question and then design the experiment to answer that question.
