Are you asking "What is the effect of heel height on foot pressure during running?"

If so, this would be a good question to answer by designing and running some experiments. You can do an internet search and learn about ways to measure foot pressure. Then you could design an experiment to answer your question.

This would make a good science project. I hope you pursue this.

oh yeah!! .. that's a good advice though!! thank you so much!! I really like it actually!! My Physics teacher wanted me to change my project to something else cause he said the hardest part for me is the experiment. He really likes it too but the fact that i can't afford and him too is the cause of making the experiment (products and materials). But Im not gonna quit though, i'll spend some time on it!! thanks anyway!! malo aupito.
