Type your questions verbatim into the search box. You will get back a plenitude of relevant information. You might also search Wikipedia for topics such as "heart rate". Be very, very, very sure that you do not just copy the Wikipedia material: that would be plagiarism, which is frowned upon. At the very least you should plan to spend many hours reading and taking notes in order to write your answers. Wikipedia usually provides references -- read these too, where possible, and be sure to cite them as sources for information. That will put a smile on your teacher's face.

John gave you some great advice, and you may have already completed your assignment. I just wanted to point out that a lot of your questions have to do with the connection between the nervous system and heart rate. Heart rate is mediated by two divisions of the nervous system: the sympathetic nervous system (for "fight or flight" responses), which speeds up heart rate, and the parasympathetic nervous system (for "resting and digesting"), which slows down the heart rate. If you understand which division would be stimulated (turned on) by different sights, sounds, and emotions, then you would understand their effects on heart rate.
