Antibiotic resistance- triclosan

I have researched into antibiotic resistance and have found an interesting agent (triclosan) that I would like to study. I've done a bit of research so far and am interested in the connection between triclosan and antibacterial resistance. What would be the next step in refining my question. Should I do more research and see what others have learned so far, should I read up on general antibiotic resistance research being done?? Thanks.

Hi simone7
The connection between triclosan and antibacterial resistance may be due to natural selection, mutation, or both. You may want to research the role of conjugation, transduction, or transformation in triclosan.
These questions may help to refine your questions:
What have you learned in your previous research that interests you?
Have you followed the scientific method?
Do you have a background knowledge about triclosan and antibacterial resistance?
