Science Buddies: "Ask an Expert"

I'm working on an HBO movie with a Science Fair in it. The winning project is described as " Low-Energy Quantum-Mechanical Effects in Thin-Layer Mettalic Anhydrides".

I don't think this really means anything, but I need to build the display that represents this project. Anyone have ideas as to what this title could mean and what the project could look like?
