Science Buddies: "Ask an Expert"

We are doing an experiment on which food would be better on rats for example: Processed food(Bought from the store) and Fresh food (Homemade) Reply A.S.A.P if you know. thanks xD

This sounds like an interesting project. Make sure to be very careful when working with animals. Most science fairs require that these kinds of experiments be approved. I am unclear about what you are asking. Are you wondering which kind of food is better for the rats? That sounds like what you want to test so no one will know the answer until you perform your experiment. How are you going to test the effects of the food? I think most experiments of this kind look at weight or the ability of the animal to perform an activity. You could monitor the rats' weights and measure how long it takes the rats to complete a task.
