Hello, so I built the make your own low power am radio transmitter but i dont have a radio that goes to 1 megahertz. Do you know where i can buy one or how to use a regular radio to catch the signals? (By regular i mean 88 megahertz.)

kiyla - Since you built a low power AM transmitter, they are suggesting you use a standard AM radio receiver that tunes 535 KHz to 1705 KHz (extended medium wave band in the USA). The transmitter sounds like it was designed to transmit near the 1 MHz frequency, or 1000 KHz, right in the middle of the standard AM broadcast band. I'm sure you can still find a radio around the house that also receives AM as well as FM (your reference to 88 MHz regular radio). Good luck.
