Testing for Olfactory Fatigue

I did my Sci. Fair exp. on testing for olfactory fatigue. I did some reseach, but I still don't know why/how it took females longer to reach olfactory fatigue than the boys. Can someone please explain this to me? Thanks!!!

This sounds like a really interesting project. Have you looked for information on gender and odor perception or fatigue? How about hormones and odor perception? It is the sex hormones that are the root of most gender differences in biology. These include estrogen and testosterone. Try doing a google search about "estrogen, testosterone and olfaction" and see if you get any good results.
