Do the glucose concentration of regular milk and lactose-free milk change after the addition of the lactase?

As for your question, you'd probably know the answer better than I would since you've already finished the experiment! Anyway, you asked "Do the glucose concentration of regular milk and lactose-free milk change after the addition of the lactase?". But this is just what you measured in steps 5-16 of the project procedure. I would guess yes, but you are the one who has the data to answer this question.
