Science Buddies: "Ask an Expert"

I'm trying to run the ASCII interface by going to command prompt and entering,



contest06>contest06.exe -p:Testbot1.asm

But I keep getting the error:
"The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process."

But I'm not using it for anything?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have you looked in the windows task manager to see if the program is already running?
