Determine the amount of energy need to cool 2.3 x10^3 g of bleep from 43 °C to 24.3°C

Hello chq14,
The amount of energy that must be extracted from the bleep will be the mass of the bleep times the specific heat of bleep times the temperature change. The specific heat can be found in several reference tables.
