Science Buddies: "Ask an Expert"

Hi, I'm currently working on brainstorming ideas for a science fair in April 2013. I am looking for ideas that I can work on up until the fair (3-4 months). I'm in 10th grade and very much interested in Life Sciences, so any project ideas in that area would be much appreciated!

Welcome to Science Buddies. It’s great that you are starting early on your project. . To help find a suitable topic, I suggest that you first try the Topic Selection Wizard from the Science Buddies website and answer the questions to help find a suitable project.

Since you have a little extra time, once you find a subject that sounds interesting to you, do a search and try to find additional scientific papers and read as much as you can to find a problem that needs to be solved. It will take some time, but this is a really good way to find a prize-winning project idea.
