windchill factor....PLEASE HELP ME !!!

how would i go about starting an experiment to find out how windchill temperature affects humans?
If you will go to your search engine such as google or sbc yahoo and simply type in the words windchill factor you will immediately find several websites which wuill answer your question. I checked it out and your question will be answered very clearly. All the best. Glad yto have been of help.
