hello everybody I am new here and I want to know what should I use to make a science experiment or project ?

Occupation: Student:8th grade
Project Question: well I am doing a science experiment so that I registered here to be able to ask questions about my
projects and even because I joined Google science fair competition so that I registered here to be able to get help from anybody and my science project is to know the benefits of the palm frond .
Project Due Date: 10/2/2013
Project Status: I am just starting

Welcome to Science Buddies! You are at the right site to find a good topic for a science projects. There are 100's of projects available to choose from.

Try going to the Topic Selection Wizard on this website and answer to questions to find a project:

Or, if you have a specific area that you are interested in, you can browse through the projects available on that topic:

If you have until October, then you have time to do a thorough job in background reading to learn what is known about your topic, and what questions still need to be answered. Your project will be a carefully controlled experiment to answer your research question.
