I would guess improvement means change from when you sent in the report to what you put on the trifold, but I haven’t heard of that either. As for the attractive part, I would make it look good (and make it stand out among the others).

Too late, unless I go now at 10:00 to a store to get stickers and board paper when my trifold is at school and tommorow is science fair.

Unfortunately I didn't place in my class, but my teacher said my project was easily the best in my class going beyond my grade level and said that I was the only one to get 9.5.

What should I do next year that would please judges like old ladys and basically everyone all around.

That’s awesome, congrats! I would say, if you can, give stuff away and/or make it interactive. If people can see a model of the experiment that you did and maybe even play with it themselves to see how you got your results, it would be way more interesting. Also, make it colorful and neat so that it stands out from the crowd.
