Salt Bridge pH wacky

When I try to measure the pH of my solutions, the anode shoots up to 14.397 and the the cathode down to -6.088. Obviously this is not right and I'm not sure what's wrong. Plus they stay constant, not changing at all.

I'm assuming that you are working on the project described at this link:

From your description it appears that something is wrong with your pH meter. Do you have a calibration solution that you can use to make sure your pH meter is working properly?
