We would like to test the glucose in cheese, meat, and potato as well as the foods already listed in the procedure.
Is there a way to make a ratio using these foods? Can they be blended?

Hi lgriffith,
For the potato and the meat, I would suggest using the same "test strip" method that was described for the fresh fruit.

From step 3A of "Testing the Foods for Glucose Concentration"
"For the fresh fruits and vegetables, press the test strip against a freshly cut slice until the test strip is thoroughly wet."

For the cheese, I guess depending on the type, you might want to consider melting it and then diluting it like the peanut butter example.

Hope that helps. Best of luck with the experiment!
