Yeast Metabolism with and without Aeration

So I have an assessment and we had to pick an experiment and I chose one off of this website. I am still in the planning phase but I was reading through and it doesn't really say how you measure the amount of Co2 it just tells you to measure it but like HOW??!! sorry if it's obvious and I'm just being dumb but I am very confused please help. The experiment is "An Aerobic Exercise: Yeast Metabolism with and without Aeration" pleeeeease help me!!!!

Hello,
It appears that you posted the same question twice so I'll reply to the first post.
I'm assuming that you are working on the project described here:

In this experiment you collect the carbon dioxide in an inverted graduated cylinder that is initially filled with water. Carbon dioxide from the yeast metabolism displaces some of the water in the cylinder. The graduations on the cylinder can be used to gauge the amount of water displaced and the amount of carbon dioxide in the cylinder. See steps 1 and 2 under “Setting Up the Gas Collection Apparatus” in the project procedure for more details.
