HELP! QUESTIONS ABOUT Sucrose & Glucose & Fructose, Oh My! Uncovering Hidden Sugar in Your Food experiment.

I decided to use this project for my school fair but I have a couple of questions because I am not entirely clear about the project itself. First I am a little confused as to what I should name this project. Right now my title is Testing Various Food Formulas for Glucose Concentrations Before and After Adding Invertase. However, it would be nice if it was in the format of the cause of _____ on the effect of _______. But I don't know how to word it properly, or should I just stick to the title I have right now because I'm not sure if it is correct.
Also, my hypothesis is currently "If invertase is added to honey, then it will result in the highest glucose concentration." I was also wondering if this is worded properly.
Next, I have researched and tried to find a lot of peer reviewed articles related to this study but I couldn't seem to find any full articles without paying any money. I was wondering if anyone could help find some helpful sources or knew additional information about this topic (It could be about anything, the DV, IV, Rationale, Procedure, Conclusion, Results, etc.) Any information is greatly appreciated.
Lastly, thank you so much for taking the time to read this and help me out! I really appreciate it!
