I was wondering for the part where you make ice cream if you need to use half and half And whipping cream I wanted to know if I could use 2% milk instead because this isn’t a part of the procedure it’s optional part.

Hello,

Yes, 2% milk should work but may take longer to freeze due to higher water content. It will be less "creamy" due to lower fat content.
