Hi every one

I have an idea
But my idea of an addendum to this invention
I want to make a small model of the evolving attitudes
What Make up to buy small positions like this?
Such as: sensors, screen, and what else?

Can you specify the device in the picture you are referring to? I see a picture of a parking garage - more specifics would allow us to help.

What are they? Lights? What do they signal? How do they work? (Sorry, I'm unfamiliar with this device.)

This is a sensitive device for cars
If the car is in position -> Color red lamp
If the position is free -> light green color
I want to develop this device, but I have to model a small

Thanks for clarifying! This is a very interesting device, I've never seen anything like it before.
In order to determine how to make a model I suggest you begin by researching different ways a car's presence can be detected and how they work. You could start with researching how traffic sensors at stop lights embedded in the pavement work.
