This is a sensitive device for cars
If the car is in position -> Color red lamp
If the position is free -> light green color

I want to develop this device, but I have to model a small

Thanks for clarifying! This is a very interesting device, I've never seen anything like it before.

In order to determine how to make a model I suggest you begin by researching different ways a car's presence can be detected and how they work. You could start with researching how traffic sensors at stop lights embedded in the pavement work.
