2 Cell Transplantation studies impact dental stem cell research for therapeutic purposes

May 8, 2012
A study on stem cells derived from dental tissues found that human immature dental pulp stem cells can be an alternative source for creating induced pluripotent stem cells, however the reprogramming methodology "needs refining" in terms of technique, efficiency and cell type choice.
