Science Project Pathways is a powerful scheduling tool that breaks the science project into a series of smaller more manageable assignments. The assignments use Science Buddies guide to the scientific method to take students step-by-step through a science project. Teachers enter the project start date, and the tool will create a custom schedule with recommended assignments and due dates. From the schedule, teachers can make assignments in their LMS and view student progress on each assignment.

Key Features

• Student Workbooks: These online fillable workbooks are designed to support students through each step of the scientific method. Workbooks include learning objectives, links to readings and other resources, comprehension self-checks, and fillable templates to scaffold student work throughout their science project.
• Self-Assessment Mastery Rubrics: Each step of the scientific method now includes a rubric, allowing students to reflect on their work and identify areas for improvement based on the assignment's learning objectives.
• Built in Pre/Post Assessment: Use these survey results as a tool to prime student learning, identify student misconceptions or skill gaps, and assess the overall effectiveness of the science projects. Science Buddies will also use the assessments to study the benefits students gain and the skills they develop from participating in science projects.
