A simple and effective approach to improve device performance of pentacene thin film transistors

Pentacene thin film transistors (TFTs) are attractive owing to their large mobility and high on/off ratio compared to those for amorphous silicon TFTs. However, the threshold voltage of the pentacene TFTs is still too high for practical applications.
