Have you explored further on this reference website for crystal growth? If you have done the experiment earlier, use temperature variable to measure the growth of the crystal.

You need to write a procedure for your planned experiment, to test the pH level required for growth. I think you need to test with one acid at a time. I suggest carbonic acid is good to begin with.

Hello,

I suggest you to follow the procedure and instructions given to you in my earlier postings. Try experiment with 2 variables - plant extract and control. You don't need any special ruler to measure the halo formation.
