okay, Thank you!! and also, what if i only need 24 volts, but the chargers give 40 volts? will that do anything to my battery?. and also, will anythiing hapen to the battery if i leave the solar panels out all night? and do i need a voltage converter?

solar project help

hi, well i am doing a science project on connecting solar panels to a scooters battery and i had a question. so my solar panels current is less than the current that i need for my scooters battery, my question is : could i still charge the battery even though the current is less? would it take longer?
