Bibliography

For my project I was supposed to send an questionaire to a person working in the field for them to answer and send it back. This went very well. What I need help now is: How do I document this in my bibliograpy? Do I document as a letter? as the questionaire itself? as an interview?

If possible provide an example.

I would ask your teacher. There are many different ways to do bibliographies, and the format can be very different from field to field.
