What is Osmosis? Is it the diffusion of one solute through the plasma membrane? The transfer of high concentration to low concentration? What's Cytoplasm?

Searching on "what is osmosis" or "osmosis tutorial" on http://www.google.com should give you lots of helpful information.

Same thing goes for cytoplasm.

Any introductory biology textbook should also give you good introductions to this material.

Osmosis

Osmosis is the movement of WATER across a membrane. The water moves from areas of low concentration to areas of high concentration in order to "balance" the cell with its environment. The cytoplasm is jelly-like stuff inside cells that all of the organelles are suspended in.
All the best,
