If you search for 'IQ test' on a search engine like Google, you will get many hits, and some of them can be printed out.
That said--most online tests are not very good at measuring IQ. They are designed to make people think they are smart so that they can sell people something. I would suggest talking to your school counselor or gifted and talented teacher; those individuals should have an IQ test that they can administer and they may be willing to provide you with a copy.
