how would you measure the amount of saturated fats in cholesterol rich foods scientifically? :wink:

Interesting question!

I've always just read the food labels but I wonder if you could contact the companies who make cholesterol rich foods about how they actually measure the saturated fat content. Which foods are you considering in particular?

Anyone else with some suggestions?
