title page HELP!

Does anyone know what should be generally included on a science fair report title page? I mean obviously the title :D but like what? our name, school, and teacher conducting the fair????? :?
PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!! MY SCIENCE FAIR PROJECT IS DUE MONDAY! :shock:

Hi, Your title page should include the title of your project and your name at the very least. You can find a sample final report at

That should guide you to a great report.
