mythology,

You are asking for a project dealing with a very, very, very large area of science. The type of project you can do on these subjects will vary greatly based on what materials and equipment you have access to. While there are undoubtedly many important questions you could ask about these diseases, before we can help you figure out which ones might make a good science fair project, it would help to know the following:

(1) What about these topics interests you? Is there a specific reason why you want to do a project in this area of science?

(2) What sorts of equipment do you have access to?

(3) Are you wanting to do an experiment in this area of science or a survey/observational study?

(4) What are your goals for this project? (e.g. to get a good grade, to win an award, to go to ISEF, etc.)

Once you answer these questions we will be better able to help you narrow things down.

Looking forward to your response!
All the best,
Terik
