steel's affects on frogs

if anyone out there knows any great sources or information about how exposure to steel affects a frog's weight and coloration. i am planning on doing an experiment about how water that was used to cool steel and steel shavings mixed with dirt affect frog's weight and coloration... please relay this info to me!! it will be much appreciated. :D
