Re: Calcium
Hi Zamirah,
Bones and teeth are made of a chemical called calcium phosphate. If a person doesn't get enough calcium from their diet, their bones and teeth will be weaker than they should be. That's why it's important to eat foods that contain calcium every day, especially when you are growing.
Are you planning to do a science fair project on bones and teeth? This is a really good topic for a science project.
