Music and Typing Speed and Accuracy

Hello,
Im doing a science project on how different genres of music affect accuracy and typing. I've researched how the brain works when it's multitasking and different types of memory that all humans have. For my science project, I need to interview an expert, and I was wondering if you can answer some questions I have. Thank you so much, it would be of great help if I can talk to someone who's skilled with behavioral studies.

First, I'd like to ask : Why is it more difficult to multitask?

How does the brain react to tasks that include multitasking?

I have some more, but if you can, can you answer these first so I can get a sense of what to ask?
