low of motions

the earth rotates on its axis in 24 hrs anticlock wise ; suppose the space craft starts its motion just more than earth so is that possible the origin and the spacecraft will meat before 24hrs condition is...... the space craft is moving inside the erth not in space. pleas justify whether yes or no.

Hi Abhishek,

Welcome to the forum.

First of all, we are here primarily to help K-12 students with science fair projects. This sounds a lot like a homework problem.

That said, my guess is that you are expected to justify your answer with a discussion of frames of reference. You may also find the concept of geosynchronous orbits interesting.
