Tesla Coil

I was planning on doing a project on Tesla Coils (specifically wireless transmission or power generation using magnets and a Coil). I was wondering if either idea is "better" in your opinion -- I realize that wireless transmission has not been scientifically verified. I was also wondering if you could give me some starting points for research. Anything else you believe is helpful is also greatly appreciated!

I have one more question, regarding the wording of my purpose. In the past, I have had poor quality science fair projects because of badly written purposes. At the moment, my purpose is: "To test the efficiency of a flourescent light bulb lit by a Tesla Coil against the efficiency of the same light bulb lit by a standard house plug." Any and all feedback that you could provide (in terms of feasability or wording) on this is greatly appreciated. Thanks once again.
