I am doing a science fair project and our question is what enviromental conditions make bread mold the quickest. We have a couple questions.
1. Has anyone else experimented this?
2. If yes, how?
3. What is fungus? like what is it made of?
4. why is Rhiozopus Stolonifer the most common bread mold? and what are its characteristics?
thanks,
mereditth.
